Family Medicine Program

 John J. Dermigny, DO
Program Director

Orange Regional Medical Center is proud to offer a three-year Family Medicine residency for those looking toward a career in treating patients from infancy to geriatrics.

The Orange Regional Medical Center is approved by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) for three year residency program in Family Medicine.  Residents will experience many aspects of Family Medicine from newborns to geriatric patients.  The program offers almost daily noon lectures with regular Grand rounds and Journal Club.  Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine will also be integrated throughout the program.

Orange Regional has established an outpatient physician practice, Orange Regional Medical Group, offering services of primary care physicians.  Primary Care services does provide the necessary continuity of care to patients and enables residents to follow the spectrum of medical care provided to them. Orange Regional Medical Group’s physician office is located less than a mile from the Hospital. The 5,600 square-foot office features 13 exam rooms, a nursing room, conference room and multi-physician workspace.

We trust our residents will be committed to improving the healthcare of our community just as we are committed to training excellent Osteopathic family physicians.
