Patient Satisfaction Scores
One of the ways we measure success is by tracking our patients’ satisfaction with their experiences at our hospital. We ask our patients to rate the overall care received at Orange Regional via a survey process that is administered by an independent third party. Please note: data reporting can be up to one quarter behind.
Normet Average (Northern Metropolitan Hospital Association) - represents and supports 30 hospitals in the Hudson Valley region (including Orange Regional Medical Center) to achieve their collective goal of increasing operational effectiveness and better meet the healthcare needs of their communities.
NRC National Average (National Research Corporation) - serving 2,000 acute-care facilities, 10,000 post-acute facilities and 100 health plans in the United States, NRC is dedicated to improving the quality of care provided in the healthcare industry and are well known for their extensive research and surveys of the patient experience.
