ORANGE REGIONAL OFFERS FREE PERSONAL SAFETY CLASS FOR WOMEN

This two hour seminar teaches both verbal and physical techniques with the emphasis on escaping an attacker. Instructor Joanie Cesari, Ph.D. began teaching the seminar 3 years ago at Orange Regional to empower and educate women about self-protection and threat avoidance. She designed the program for the average woman with no previous experience or background in physical skills training.
