Our Patient Advocacy program is designed to help patients and their families resolve issues that may emerge during their hospital admission. The Patient Advocate’s role is to listen to concerns, explore and implement solutions. The Patient Advocacy Department also receives compliments on behalf of the organization.
When concerns arise, we encourage the patient or their family to immediately speak to their Nurse or Physician. However, if you feel your concerns weren’t addressed or you prefer to speak with a third party, our Patient Advocates are available to assist you.
The Patient Advocacy office is conveniently located in the Main Lobby of the hospital.
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Messages left after hours or on weekends will be returned the following business day.
