Lung Cancer

Survivorship, Support & Resources

Orange Regional is proud of its affiliation with the American Cancer Society (ACS) which partners with us to provide additional resources to cancer patients. For cancer patients going through treatment, the ACS sponsors the Ride to Recovery Program providing free rides to and from cancer treatments.

The ACS also supports our patient navigator services with additional volunteer navigators. Their role is to listen and address the patient’s and caregiver’s non-medical needs such as transportation and financial assistance, among others. They work hard to identify and provide available resources to meet needs during a difficult time and work closely with our Lung Cancer Nurse Navigator.

Learn about ACS resources or to answer questions about a specific type of cancer, its risk factors, early detection, diagnosis or treatment.
