The Lung Cancer Program at Orange Regional Medical Center’s Spagnoli Family Cancer Center is dedicated to comprehensive and customized care for people with lung cancer.
According to the American Cancer Society, lung cancer is the second most common cancer in both men and women and accounts for about 14% of all new cancers and 28% of all cancer deaths. In 2012, an estimated 226,160 new cases of lung cancer was diagnosed (116,471 men and 109,690 women) and an estimated 160,340 deaths (87,750 men and 72,590 women) occurred.
Led by Cleveland Lewis, MD, Medical Director Lung Cancer Disease Management Team, our skilled, multidisciplinary team provides specialized care in early detection, diagnosis, treatment of lung cancer ensuring you receive the most advanced treatment in a timely manner.

We are also proud to offer the STAR Program® (Survivorship, Training and Rehabilitation) to patients diagnosed with cancer. As part of our STAR Program, you will receive comprehensive, individualized cancer rehabilitation treatment, covered by most insurance plans, to improve the symptoms affecting your daily functioning and quality of life.
Orange Regional offers Complementary Therapies as a part of your recovery. Complementary Therapies aim to treat the whole person, not just the symptoms of an illness.
