Building for Excellence Capital Campaign
Within the next five years, the population of the Mid-Hudson region is expected to increase more than 20 percent. The time is now to create a healthcare facility that will not only meet today's population needs, but those for generations to come. To make this dream a reality, Orange Regional Medical Center has embarked on a $21 million capital campaign, Building for Excellence. This multi-year campaign is centered on the construction of a brand new hospital in the Town of Wallkill. Located on 61 acres on East Main Street near the Route 17 and I-84 interchange, the new Orange Regional Medial Center- the first construction of its kind in the state of New York in more than 20 years - will eliminate the need to drive long distances to receive treatment and will allow us to enhance and expand current programs in addition to attracting additional specialty physicians and healthcare providers to our staff.
