Emergency Medicine Residency Program

The mission of the Graduate and Undergraduate Medical Education Program at Orange Regional Medical Center is to prepare residents and students to be excellent physicians and well-developed individuals by educating them in the fundamental concepts, knowledge, and practical applications of skills taught by a team of dedicated medical professionals.

Our Emergency Department accommodates over 72,000 emergency visits each year which includes 55 treatment bays, a helipad, and three-bay ambulance garage. Our 9 bed Pediatric Emergency Department provides care in a child-friendly environment. We are currently provisional Level II Trauma Center, with a dedicated CT and x-ray suite in the department, as well as, a Heart (STEMI) Center and a Stroke Center.
