The amount of water you need to be adequately hydrated varies depending on your temperature, weight, level and duration of exercise, and many other factors. We offer this handy tool that will calculate a recommended water intake guideline that is tailored to your individual needs.

Note: Public Health Goal (PHG), the level of a contaminant that is allowed in drinking water. PHG recommendation is capped at 200 ounces per day and 50 ounces per hour. Values from the Base PHG can be manually input into the Basic version of the HydraCoach Hydration Monitor. Values from the Exercise PHG can only be input into the Sport Version of the HydraCoach Hydration Monitor.
