Middletown, NY- Orange Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce additions to the leadership team within the organization.
Crismely Perdomo has accepted the position of Director of Professional Practice. Ms. Perdomo has been an employee of Orange Regional Medical Center since 1997. From 2003 to present, she worked as a Medical Surgical Nursing Educator in the Professional Practice Department. Ms. Perdomo previously held positions as staff nurse in Critical Care, Stepdown and Cardiac Rehabilitation units.
She is a graduate of SUNY New Paltz and holds a Masters of Science in Nursing and Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix. Ms. Perdomo is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society for Nursing, the Academy of Medical Surgical Nurses national and local chapters and the National Nursing Staff Developers Organization Hudson Valley Chapter.
Michael Blumenfeld MBA, RPh has joined Orange Regional Medical Center as Director of Pharmacy Services. Most recently, Mr. Blumenfeld held the office of Vice President of Contracting and Clinical Services/Chief Pharmacy Officer at the Greater New York Hospital Association (GNYHA). He is currently the President of the New York State Council of Health-System Pharmacists and is also an adjunct professor at Albany College of Pharmacy.
Mr. Blumenfeld earned his Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from Long Island University and his Master’s of Business Administration from Iona College. He holds post master certificates from Duke University Fuqua School of Business Executive Education and The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania for Executive Management. He is the recipient of the New York City Society of Health System Pharmacists “Award of Merit” for his significant contributions in health system pharmacy in the New York Metropolitan area. He is currently the President of the New York State Society of Health-system Pharmacists (NYSCHP).
Bohdan (Bo) Moczula has joined Orange Regional Medical Center as Director of Purchasing. Most recently, Mr. Moczula served in various materials management leadership and consultative roles at Broadlane (Continuum Healthcare in NYC), University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia.
He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology/Business Administration from William Paterson University and his Master’s in Public Administration (Health Administration track), from Kean University. He is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and the Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.
