Orange Regional Medical Center Announces Executive Leadership Promotions

Middletown, NY- Orange Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce that Jonathan Schiller has been named Chief Operating Officer and Wayne Becker to Vice President, Support Services and Special Projects.

Mr. Schiller joined Orange Regional Medical Center in 2004 as Administrator of Revenue Cycle Management. He was later promoted to Vice President and Site Administrator of the now closed Arden Hill Campus. In 2009, Mr. Schiller was promoted to Vice President of Hospital Operations in which he oversaw operations on the Arden Hill Campus in addition to providing organizational leadership to Food Services, Facilities, Psychiatry, Perioperative Services, Environmental Services, BioMedical Services, Security, Laboratory and

Mr. Schiller earned a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Social Services from LeMoyne College and has a Master’s of Health Systems Administration Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Mr. Becker has been with Orange Regional since 1975 beginning his tenure at Arden Hill Hospital as a Pharmacist. Since then, he has served in numerous leadership positions such as Chief Executive Officer of Arden Hill Hospital, Director of Pharmacy, Administrative Coordinator, Assistant Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, Vice President Operations, Executive Vice President/Administrator, Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Special Projects. As Vice President of Special Projects, Mr. Becker was responsible for the planning and construction of Orange Regional’s new hospital. In his newly appointed role, Mr. Becker provides organizational leadership to Facilities Management, Environmental Services, Security and Emergency Management, BioMedical Engineering

Mr. Becker earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the Albany College of Pharmacy and his Master’s of Professional Health Services Administration Degree from the New School for Social Research.
