Orange Regional Medical Center Appoints Vice President of Patient Care Services

(Middletown, NY) – Orange Regional Medical Center is pleased to announce the appointment of Kathleen Ewin Guido as Vice President of Patient Care Services/Chief Nursing Officer, to its executive leadership team.

Ms. Guido previously served as Vice President Patient Care Services at Benedictine Hospital in Kingston, New York. At Benedictine Hospital, she was responsible for overall nursing leadership, strategic planning and administrative oversight for all patient care areas. She also held numerous healthcare leadership positions including Administrative Director of Cardiology and Medical Services at Benedictine Hospital and Chief Nursing Officer at Ellenville Regional Hospital.

Ms. Guido earned a Masters of Business Administration from Marist College and a Bachelor of Science, Nursing, from the State University of New York at New Paltz. She is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the New York State Board of Nursing, the American Heart Association Advisory Board, The Institute for Business Innovation and the Ulster-Green ARC Board of Directors.

At Orange Regional, Ms. Guido’s primary responsibilities include the professional practice of nursing, as well as clinical programs and services, in collaboration with physicians.
