Middletown, NY- On March 30, 2013, Orange Regional Medical Center will celebrate Doctor’s Day, a nationally recognized day dedicated to honoring the work of doctors and recognizing their service to our patients. Orange Regional partners with more than 600 physicians to provide exceptional healthcare to our community.
“Our doctors, along with our very competent nurses and support staff, play a vital role in delivering exceptional quality care to those in our community,” says Orange Regional’s Vice President of Medical Affairs and Medical Director, Dr. James Oxley.
Community members may also pay tribute to a physician this Doctor’s Day with the help of the Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation. By making a donation through its Grateful Patient Program, the Foundation provides a special opportunity to honor physicians who have provided exceptional healthcare. It is a great way to say “Thank You” and allows anyone to show their appreciation in a meaningful way. A donation through the Grateful Patient Program at Orange Regional recognizes physicians, employees or volunteers. It also helps to ensure that the same level of compassionate, high quality care that you or your loved one received at Orange Regional will remain available for generations to come.
“Anyone who has been assisted in making healthier lifestyle choices, or experienced the skill, professionalism and compassion of a physician, whether in the hospital or private office, can take advantage of this wonderful opportunity to honor the doctors in their lives,” states Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation President, Christine Maraia.
