(Middletown, NY) – Orange Regional Medical Center’s Horton Family Program for Alcoholism and Chemical Dependency (HFPA) recently received its three year license renewal from New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). The OASAS surveyor performed an extensive review of patient records; interviewed patients to determine their satisfaction with services received; inspected the facility for safety compliance and cleanliness; and reviewed policies/procedures manuals and education files. Upon conclusion of the review, HFPA received its license renewal and accolades for the caring, compassionate and professional staff.
Since 1986, HFPA has assisted thousands of patients and their families throughout the Mid-Hudson Region in successfully overcoming alcoholism and chemical dependency. HFPA is licensed by the New York State Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services, and is fully accredited by the Joint Commission.
