Middletown, NY- On April 23, the Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation held its Annual Donor Recognition Reception at the Fountains at Wallkill Golf Club in Middletown. Over 275 donors attended the event.
Foundation President Christine Maraia praised the high level of support from employees, local businesses and the community at large. “The Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation ended its 2008 fiscal year with more than $4 million raised in philanthropic support. The generosity of our donors has enabled Orange Regional Medical Center to fund more than $1 million for equipment, programs, education and improving patient care, in addition to the contributions to the new hospital capital campaign.”
Orange Regional Medical Center’s annual giving program includes the Century Club, gifts from grateful patients and their families and gifts made in honor or in memory of a loved one.
There are many ways to give to the capital campaign including cash donations, securities or real estate, closely held stock, life insurance, provisions in a will or trust and corporate matching gifts.
