Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation’s Board of Trustees Appoints New Officers

Middletown, NY- The Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation is pleased to announce that Margaret Smith has been selected as Secretary of its Board of Trustees. Ms. Smith is President and CEO of First Federal Savings of Middletown and has served on the Board since 2009.

In addition, Howard Protter was appointed Member-at-Large to the Executive Committee of the Board. Mr. Protter has served on the Board since 2010 and is a Partner with Jacobowitz & Gubits, LLP and specializes in Municipal Law.

“We are fortunate to have such dedicated and capable Trustees who are willing to share their knowledge and give their time,” says Board Chairman, Jonathan Rouis. “The Orange Regional Foundation is the fundraising arm of the Hospital and our vision is to be the leading charitable organization in our region with a dynamic Board, sustained philanthropic support and engaged donors.”
