Middletown, NY- The Orange Regional Medical Center Foundation welcomes four new members to its Board of Trustees: Jake Kriney, Cleveland Lewis, M.D., Steven I. Milligram, ESQ. and William J. Ruggles.
Jake Kriney is a successful developer and owner of several hotels in New York and Connecticut. As the owner of Barney Realty, LLC, JCK Properties and a partner in JCA Hotels, Inc., Mr. Kriney is also a foundation member of Burke Catholic School and past Vice President of the former Orange County Golf Club. Mr. Kriney earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Syracuse University.
Cleveland W. Lewis, Jr., M.D., a Board-certified Thoracic Surgeon, is affiliated with Hudson Valley and Rockland Thoracic and Vascular Associates, P.C. of Goshen, NY. Dr. Lewis is an active medical staff member of Orange Regional and is currently the Director of the Lung Cancer Disease Management Team. Dr. Lewis received his medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine in North Carolina. He completed his residency in Surgery and fellowship in Cardiothoracic and Thoracic Surgery also at Duke University Medical Center.
Steven I. Milligram, Esq., a Senior Partner of Tarshis Catania Liberth Mahon & Milligram PPLC, a general practice law firm based in Newburgh, NY, specializes in health law and litigation. Mr. Milligram is currently the Town Judge in the Town of Monroe. He is active within the community and various civic organizations including the Newburgh, Orange County and New York State Bar Associations as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Milligram received his Juris Doctorate from Pace University.
Mr. William J. Ruggles has previously served on the Orange Regional Foundation’s Board of Trustees. He is a retired school teacher and was formerly the Director of the Academy of Finance of the Middletown School District. Mr. Ruggles is the owner of DECAT Driving School in Middletown and is involved with the Middletown Academy of Finance Advisory Board, Middletown Kiwanis and Elks. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University at Albany, State University of New York.
