Middletown, NY – Orange Regional Medical Group Primary Care announces the launch of MyChart, a secure online destination allowing patientsaccessto their health records 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

MyChart is a proprietary and secure web-based management tool that connects patients to their personalized health record online – from anywhere, at any time. Primary Care patients at Orange Regional Medical Group now have seamless online communication with their clinicians.

MyChart, also offers a patient the ability to:

  •          Communicate with ORMG Primary Care doctors via email
  •          Request prescription renewals
  •          Schedule appointments
  •          View laboratory test results
  •          View details of past or upcoming visits
  •          Access personalized medical education
