Middletown, NY – Orange Regional Medical Center will host a free seminar “Prostate Health” on Tuesday, September 23 at 6:00 p.m. at the Community Health Education Center, 110 Crystal Run Road in Middletown.
Dr. Steven J. Rowe will lead the discussion on what you need to know about prostate health and prostate cancer screenings.
Prostate cancer can be a serious disease, but most men diagnosed with prostate cancer do not die from it. According to the American Cancer Society, about one man in seven will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime and estimates about 233,000 new cases of prostate cancer will be diagnosed in 2014.
