Middletown, NY – Mr. and Mrs. Jim and Joan Tucker, for whom Orange Regional Medical Center’s Tucker Center for Cancer Care is named, donated a Thanksgiving dinner to all patients and their families visiting the Center. The dinner, served in the Center’s community room on Thanksgiving Day, allowed patients to spend the holiday in a semi-traditional fashion, with the peace and love of their families in a festive setting. Mr. and Mrs. Tucker have provided a Thanksgiving dinner for patients of the Tucker Center and their families for the past four years. Their generosity helps provide a sense of family and promotes quality of life and wellness.
The Tucker Center for Cancer Care is an 18-bed comprehensive oncology unit offering state-of-the art diagnostic imaging, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, IMRT, external beam radiation, and brachytherapy services.
