High School Program:
At Orange Regional Medical Center we are very proud of the contributions of our current 110 high school volunteers. They add an extra dimension to the exceptional care we provide our hospital community and they have the opportunity for personal growth and development.
We will open up on Monday, September 7, for new high school applicants to join us for our academic year program. Applicants must be 15 years of age and older and be able to commit to one four hour shift of volunteering each week. Interested high school students need to send us the following information from their email account:
Your telephone number:
Date of birth:
School you attend:
Your year in school:
We will acknowledge your email and send you, by return email, an invite for you and one parent (mandatory) to attend one of two information sessions. At the meeting, we will share more information about our program and answer any questions you might have. If after attending the meeting you believe that you are able to make the commitment given your school work and other activities (clubs, sports, jobs), we begin the application process.
Emails should be sent to Debbie Linken, Director, Volunteer Resource Department, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you for your interest in volunteer opportunities at Orange Regional Medical Center.
