As a recognized leader in behavioral health services, Orange Regional Medical Center’s behavioral health team provides outpatient clinical services, treatments and counseling to patients and their families to successfully manage and overcome mental health illnesses.
Licensed by both the New York State Office of Mental Health and the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services and fully accredited by The Joint Commission, we maintain a comprehensive series of programs.
Our services are designed for children, adolescents and adults with behavioral, emotional and mental health needs as well as co-occurring substance abuse disorders. Treatments are provided by licensed professional (adult and child) psychiatrists and clinical social workers. Therapy services are offered on an individual basis as well as for couples and families.

- Olanrewaju Olukitibi, MD,
Olanrewaju Olukitibi, MD is an Orange Regional Medical Group psychiatrist. Dr. Olukitibi received his medical degree from Emory University Rollins School of Public Health and MBBS University of Ibadan. He completed his residency at Harlem Hospital Center, Columbia University.
- Chujun Yuan, MD,
Dr. Yuan is an Orange Regional Medical Group psychiatrist who specializes in the diagnoses and the treatment of eating disorders, depression, mood and anxiety disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and addiction therapy.
- Cesar Rojas,
Psychiatry Department Chairman
Cesar Rojas MD earned his doctorate of Medicine and attended his residency in Neurology at Universidad Nacional Mayor De San Marcos (Peru). He also attended a residency in Psychiatry at Lincoln Medical & Mental Health Center. At New York and Presbyterian Hospital-Cornell Campus he conducted his Geriatric Fellowship, Psychiatry.

Psychiatry Residency Program Director
Ulrick Vieux DO, MS is the Psychiatry Residency Program Director/ Acting Chief of the Orange Regional Behavioral and Mental Health Counseling Services. Dr. Vieux completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University, master's degree at Columbia University-College of Physicians and Surgeons and his medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed a family medicine residency at New York Medical College (Brooklyn-Queens campus) and psychiatry-child and adolescent psychiatry at St.Luke's and Roosevelt Hospital Center.

Alison Sullivan, MD is our Child-Adolescent Director. She earned her doctorate in medicine at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and attended a residency in Psychiatry as well as Pediatrics and her Child-Adolescent Fellowship, Psychiatry at Mount Sinai School of Medicine (New York).

Richard Wang, MD is our Psychiatry Inpatient Director. Dr. Wang is Board-certified in Psychiatry. He earned his medical degress from New York University Medical School and completed his residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center and a fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
