“This brief note is to express thanks and appreciation for the Tower 4 staff and physicians who dealt kindly with a deaf patient that I happened to visit.  I was happy to see the utilization of the video remote application – quite impressive technology!  It was obvious that the patient benefited from its use as she, after communicating with the doctor through it, explained the treatment suggestion back and was quite relieved to be able to understand it clearly.
I was happy to see the hospital striving to promote fair and equal treatment of patients, accommodating them in their language for a better overall hospital experience.  Keep up the good work, and once again, thanks!”
