Supporting Our Patients Through A Spectrum of Care
At Orange Regional Medical Center, we're dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients. To us, success goes beyond clinical. It means supporting our patients holistically, being there for them spiritually and religiously, and offering specialized individuals to give special attention to our patients that needs us the most - with our case management, patient advocacy, and cancer patient navigator programs.
Case managers are assigned our patients and their families to assist with discharge, post-hospital planning, community resources, and to ensure a safe return home.
Our Pastoral Care Program caters to all faiths. We offer locations for prayer, thought and reflection. Our Chapel is located near the Lobby on the first floor.
We believe in a holistic approach to improving our patients well-being. We provide a variety of complementary therapies, such as aromatherapy, reiki, and much more.
Patient Advocacy Program
The Patient Advocate’s role is to listen to concerns, explore and implement solutions to help patients resolve issues that may emerge during their hospital stay.
With our support groups, education classes, and events, we strive to support and play a positive, active role in our community. Check our calendar and join us!
Healing Art Program
We believe in the beneficial effects of art in a healing setting, and artwork is integrated throughout all spaces to create a sense of well-being and renewal.
When you are admitted to our hospital, your Primary Care Physician may ask a special group of physicians, called Hospitalists, to care for you.
Cancer Patient Navigators
Our Patient Navigators are specially-trained to help guide and support you and your family through your cancer care treatment and recovery. Meet our navigators.
Family & Friends
We know the importance of family and friends to a patient during their recovery. Along with keeping family members educated about a patient's condition, our staff believes in making it easy for loved ones to support a patient through calls and visits. We ask that no more than two people at a time visit each patient, and that you are considerate of the needs of other patients who may share the room. Please note cellular phone policies are posted throughout our campuses and units. Visitors may not smoke in patient rooms or anywhere in or on hospital property.
Visitors are asked to adhere to visiting hours and must obtain a visitor's pass at the Information Desk in the Main Lobby.
