Breast Cancer
The Ray W. Moody, M.D. Breast Center provides comprehensive breast care services, including state-of-the-art diagnostics, early detection services and cancer treatment.
Gastrointestinal Cancer
Our Gastrointestinal Cancer Program is committed to providing patients with the highest quality care and cutting-edge technologies through every phase of treatment.
Liver Cancer
A front runner in the latest diagnostic methods, treatment and procedures, including: Yttrium 90, Transaterial Chemo Embolization, and Radiation Therapy.
Neurological Cancer
Our Neurological Cancer Program provides diagnosis with the latest MRI, 64-slice CT, and PET/CT technology and develops personalized treatment plans for patients.
Esophageal Cancer
Esophageal Cancer Program utilizes state-of-the-art diagnostic tools to identify and manage digestive tract conditions, including endoscopic ultrasound (EUS).
Head & Neck Cancer
Our skilled, multidisciplinary team provides comprehensive and customized diagnosis and treatment for patients with benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous) tumors in the head and neck.
Lung Cancer
The Lung Cancer Program at our Spagnoli Family Cancer Center provides comprehensive, customized care to patients with lung cancer - from diagnosis to survivorship.
Center for Thyroid Disease
We offer surgery as the primary treatment for thyroid cancers, as well as, Radioactive Iodine Ablation and Hormonal Suppression Therapy treatments for aggressive or metastatic cases.
Caner Center Diagnostic Imaging and Testing
We have continued to keep pace with the rapid evolution of exciting technologies in our field and our oncology program remains equally committed to one of the most important components of cancer treatment: patient care. We take a collaborative approach to each unique case to ensure that all patients receive the expert attention, multidisciplinary perspectives and quality treatment they deserve.
Breast Biopsy
Our comprehensive Breast Biopsy services offers multiple systems and technology that allow early detection and precise treatment plans for patients.
Mammography
Our Mammography services provide examinations with traditional, full field digital and 3D mammography technology - improving early detection of breast irregularities.
Cancer Screenings
Throughout the year, we offer several free cancer screenings and assessments to the community including, screenings for prostate, skin, breast and oral cancers.
PET & CT Scanning
Positron Emission Tomography and Computerized Tomography (PET/CT) are both state-of-the-art imaging tools that allow physicians to pinpoint disease and treatment
Cancer Treatments and Procedures
At the Spagnoli Family Cancer Center at Orange Regional Medical Center you are cared for by a team of experts who address your cancer diagnosis as well as your health needs beyond cancer. Infusion Therapy
Our Outpatient Infusion Therapy Center offers our patients a variety of infusion treatments, such as: Chemotherapy, IV Antibiotics, and much more.
Radiation Therapy
50-60% of cancer patients receive some form of Radiation Therapy. A complex process of careful clinical evaluation and therapeutic decision making.
Brachytherapy
Our comprehensive brachytherapy program includes the technology and clinical expertise for High Dose Rate Remote Afterloader (HDR) and Seed Implantation therapies.
Stereotactic Radiosurgery
Stereotactic Radiosurgery uses precisely focused, high-dose radiation beams to deliver to small, localized area(s) of the brain in neurological cancer treatment.

From cancer support groups and screenings to our clinical trials program, we provide comprehensive cancer care at our cancer center. Palliative Care Patient NavigatorEileen Schmidt specializes in providing one-on-one guidance through your palliative care treatment. She also facilitates our Lung Cancer Support Group.

Thoracic SurgeonCleveland W. Lewis, Jr, MD is an Orange Regional Medical Group surgeon specializing in thoracic procedures. Dr. Lewis will also be serving as Assistant Director of the Surgical Residency program. Dr. Lewis received his medical degree and completed his Cardiothoracic Surgery Residency at Duke University School of Medicine, in N.C.

Medical Director, Surgical Oncology / General SurgeonParamjeet Singh, M.D., FACS is an Orange Regional Medical Group surgeon. He specializes in General Surgery and is Medical Director of Surgical Oncology. He provides patients with hepato-biliary surgical, trauma surgery surgical oncology services, as well as being a member of the Medical Group’s General Surgery team.
